I was approached about joining Altrusa Levin a little under two years ago when at a fundraising function held in an Altrusa member’s home. Being new to the area I felt this was a great way to join a group that cared about the community and how our skills and passion could support a variety of projects within the Horowhenua region. It is rewarding to know your contribution positively affects the well-being of others and I love the support club members wrap around each other, particularly when unwell.
