Selina Burnett is a globally experienced change management and organisational development consultant. With 20+ years’ experience in consulting, industry and government, Selina has delivered large-scale people, change and organisational development programmes for FTSE100 / Fortune 500 companies in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Selina is an experienced facilitator, trainer and leadership coach.

Jane Stringer

Jane Stringer is an experienced facilitator with a background in change management, stakeholder engagement and communications. With a first career in nursing, she brings a people-orientated approach to navigating complex challenges and promoting collaboration. She enjoys working with teams to guide them through strategic discussion that will drive meaningful outcomes and sustainable change.

Katrina Clokie

Katrina Clokie is a seasoned software engineering leader and has been an Altrusan for almost 15 years. A respected voice in her field, Katrina is a sought-after keynote speaker at international conferences, sharing insights on leadership, knowledge sharing, and change communication. Her book, A Practical Guide to Testing in DevOps, has reached over 10,000 readers worldwide. In 2018, she was a finalist for New Zealand’s Hi-Tech Inspiring Individual of the Year Award — recognition of her impact on the industry.

Wendy Becker

Over the past 23 years, Wendy Becker has worked in disability and social services management, having had a background in occupational therapy and tertiary education. She is passionate about people with disabilities having a real life in and of their communities and enjoys working within communities to bring this about. It has meant being able to work with Councils, government agencies, health teams, clubs, business communities and the general public – to take them on the journey to bring about change in attitudes, access and engagement.

Pam Hayes

Pam Hayes has served as a dedicated Altrusan for 22 years, been a spirited grandmother for 23 years, and an accomplished HR practitioner for 28 years. Her journey has been shaped not by formal qualifications, but by the power of networking, self-belief, and seizing opportunities. Passionate about empowering others, she is a fierce advocate for women and children, committed to making a meaningful impact.
